One of the company’s most sought-after services is the business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) e-commerce platform with mobile app integration.
This is a new retail solution that enables businesses to be run by themselves 24/7, and allows business owners to manage their businesses anytime, anywhere.
“With less reliance on physical stores, these businesses are likely to be less affected, should another crisis occur,’’ said Digifiv founder and CEO Tan Yik Jaan.
To help rehabilitate businesses that were impacted by the coronavirus, Digifiv offers a private sector relief program backed by a crisis management services platform and a network of experienced professionals and capital investors.
These professionals provide consultancy services in the legal, analytics & finance, lean management and technology fields, to restructure and restore value to affected businesses.
Capital investors will come in with cash injection to support businesses with cash flow difficulties during the crisis.
As handshakes and paper business cards are no longer acceptable in the post Covid-19 world, Digifiv is excited to develop its own digital business card solution named the V-Card.
The main idea is to help businesses make the shift towards the digital medium, and encourage safe and contactless business card exchange.
With the V-Card, businesses are able to create and standardize their own branding page in just a few clicks; there is built-in analytics where users can easily monitor the number of clicks, views and downloads.
Digifiv is developing an employee-centric lifestyle mobile app, named PEOPLE, which aims to help employees transition to the digital mode in human resource (HR) matters.
Keeping in mind that employees are a company’s greatest asset, and that they are working professionals, the PEOPLE app provides them with the convenience when completing certain tasks such as leave planning and claims, while rewarding them with some perks and benefits.
“Among other things, we hope to bring in a B2C e-commerce solution whereby employees can purchase their groceries or daily products via the PEOPLE app at a special price,” added Tan.
Overall, this initiative aims to tackle most of HR’s pain points such as lots of tedious paper work.
With many projects in the pipeline, there is certainly no time to waste for this young and vibrant team.
